Q.If I buy an Imaginext playset and wanted to buy additional playsets or figures and vehicles can I bundle the item(s) get a total discounted price?

A.Yes as long as they items you are looking to bundle are previously owned and not new in the package. Just email us with the items you are interested in and we will reply with a bundled price.

Q.If I live locally can I purchase the item(s) from the website or in person and pick them up in person?

A.Yes just email us with the items you are interested in and we will arrange for you to purchase and pick up locally.

Q.I live locally and want to sell my collection can you meet me to purchase the collection rather than having me mail them to you?

A. Yes just send us your contact information and we will be happy to meet with you at your convenience to buy your collection. 

Q. Do you offer gift wrapping?

A. We offer gift wrapping from October 1 through December 23.

Q. Can I send you a request for a toy I am looking for?

A. Yes, you can send us your wish list and when we come across your item we will notify you. Just enclose in the email the item, condition and highest price you would like to pay.

Q. Do you offer a referral discount?

A. Yes if you refer someone to sign up for our news letter just email us the persons email address and once its in our system we will send you a 10% discount code good toward your next purchase.
