If you use KC Toy World Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. KC Toy World does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults who can purchase them with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use KC Toy World services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. KC Toy World reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
KC Toy World strives to ensure that the pricing on our website is accurate. However, if an item is priced incorrectly we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case we would contact you and notify you of the correct pricing and you would be under no obligation to complete the order.
At KC Toy World, we are continually taking measures to ensure the accuracy of our websites content and our inventory accuracy. Although we strive to make sure that this is 100% correct there are occasionally discrepancies and the items and quantities are subject to change. Should this occur to your order we will promptly notify you and refund that portion of the order.
Most items are shipped USPS, flat rate in the U.S., Tracking is provided on all packages sent within the United States. Presently we do not offer international shipping. In stock items are usually shipped within 3 days after the processing of payment.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from KC Toy World are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer (you) upon our delivery to the carrier.
KC Toy World wants you to be satisfied with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us by email or call us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund not including shipping for your returned merchandise, as long as the item(s) are returned in its original condition. Simply return the item(s) with a copy of your invoice and state whether you would like a replacement or money refunded. After 7 days there will be a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 14 days of delivery will be accepted. We do not accept returns on graded or collectible items being sold as brand new. KC Toy World does not take title to returned items until the items arrive at our warehouse. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, KC Toy World does not take title to the refunded item.

Check or Money Order by mail. We will hold off shipping your order for up to 7 days once payment clears your order will ship.
Toy Upgrade Policy
When you purchase a toy from KC Toy World, you have the option to always upgrade the same toy at any time in the future. Just save the original receipt so we can match it to our records and send us a copy of the receipt along with the original toy and we will give you the credit of what you originally paid and apply it toward the purchase of the new upgraded version of your toy and you pay the difference plus shipping. The toy you are upgrading must be in the exact same condition it was when you bought it. It cannot have been repaired, restored or stored in a smoke environment. KC Toy World reserves the right to refuse any upgrade due to changes in condition.
KC Toy World makes every effort to ensure accuracy in product and description. We do not warrant descriptions of the product or other content accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If a product is not as described your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition
